A century old cinema that was converted into a dance nightclub during the 1990's and later turned into a live music venue.
The venue currently hosts live gigs (Arctic Monkeys and other high profile indie acts have played here) but its main nights are its under 18's rock night on a Thursday and Northern Lights indie night every Friday. the club holds 800 people and brings in big name Djs such as Mani, Bez and others from time to time.
Clientele are your usual indie crowd, mainly in the 18-25 bracket but you can also find people right up to their 40's and beyond.
Casual dress. Shirts and shoes may be turned away but more to do with if you look like a troublemaker.
Directions: Just off Wallgate, 2 mins from the train station. Opposite Reflex and between Baa Bar and Harrys Bar.
